Selling with us is super easy—and if you want to get the most out of it, we’ve got a few tips for you!
1. Bring Gently Worn & On-Trend Pieces
We’re all about items that still have life left in them. Think lightly used, in-style pieces from brands like Lululemon, Alo, and Nike. If it’s in good condition and still trendy, chances are it’ll do well!
2. Clean & Fold, Please!
We can get through your stuff quicker (and you’ll likely get more money) if it’s freshly washed and folded. Neatly packed, clean items make a big difference- ensuring your drop-off is quick and smooth.
3. Two Bags, Max
To keep things manageable, we ask that you bring no more than two tote bags of items. This helps us focus on quality and makes the process quicker for everyone! If you do want to bring more items, send us an email (it may take 24+ hours to go through everything and let you know your total)
4. Schedule An Appointment
While we do accept walk-ins, scheduling an appointment gives us more time to go through your items carefully. This means a more personalized experience and potentially better payouts! Schedule an appointment here.
5. Think Seasonally
Seasonal items sell faster—leggings and jackets in winter, tanks and shorts in summer. If you’re trying to clear out space and get the best return, bringing in-season stuff to sell is your best bet!
